Maintenance contracts cover software upkeep, CMS environment checks, minor updates, or bug fixes. Service contracts include CMS modifications, enhancements, and technical support.

These contracts are billed on an hourly basis, with hours accumulating in a balance that can be used within 12 months. Unused hours expire after 12 months, although this has never occurred.
